Hi I am Karen, I just finished the Fat Release System. I wanted to lose 9 pounds, I lost 11. It was very simple for me to do. One thing I really got out of this is it changes the way you want to eat, I now make better healthier food choices.
Another thing I liked about this program is that you see the results so quick it motivates you to eat right every single day.
I reached my goals in two weeks of the program, I felt instant gratification!
