Q: Where do I get the Diet guide and Tracking Sheet?
A: Click The Link to The Right : www.fatreleasesystem.com
Q: Is this program safe and how is it safe on a low calorie diet?
A: We would like to reiterate the safety of this program. Following a diet with such a small amount of calories would normally be considered unhealthy, it is safe to do while also taking the HCG homeopathic drops. This is because HCG helps prevent the loss of muscle and it helps dieters retain a high level of energy while suppressing the appetite. Therefore, while it generally would not be considered safe to follow a diet with so few calories, doing so while also taking the HCG homeopathic drops is both safe and effective as a weight loss strategy. There is scientific research that shows that HCG is perfectly safe to take for weight loss reasons. In fact, the diet has been around for over 30 years and there have been no long term side effects that have been related to the use of HCG and the diet. In the literature that comes with the program you will find that you are not living on 500 calories per day. Although you are ingesting 500 calories a day, your body is consuming your own long term fat store reserves. You are receiving the nutrients from these fat stores directly through your blood stream instead of eating the full 2000 calorie load in the conventional way. Back to Top
Q: What is the difference between homepathic HCG and HCG injections?
A: The hcg we sell is homeopathic. The way the homeopathic hcg is produced (in a nutshell) is by taking small amounts of the original strength hcg and making it into a sublingual mixture which is administered under the tongue. The homeopathic version is then taken 3 to 6 times a day to keep the amount of hcg in your body constant. We have many clients who have tried both versions, and report no differences between the two (except ours is cheaper!). Back to Top
Q: Where is Your HCG manufactured?
A: Our HCG is manufactured in Denver, Colorado. Authentic HCG only comes from within the United States. Our formula is 100% legal in the United States and made in a lab that is 100% approved by the FDA. The HCG is made from the actual USP grade (United States Pharmacopeia) purchased from the manufacturing drug company of the actual HCG. In other words, it is the very purest grade of HCG. The HCG is then processed according to the Homeopathic procedures spelt out in the United States Homeopathic Pharmacopeia, which takes into account the European procedures as they are addressed in the European Homeopathic Pharmacopeia. In other words, the ingredient itself is pure, and the scientific procedures used are all in concordance with accepted procedures (known as GMPs) recognized good manufacturing practices. Back to Top
Q: Who can use the diet?
A: The program works for almost everyone, young, old, male, female. You can use HCG if your BMI value is not lower than 20. Always check with your doctor before beginning any new weight loss program. Do NOT use HCG if you are pregnant or nursing. Back to Top
Q: Will my birth control methods be affected by using HCG?
A: HCG will not interfere with any form of birth control. Back to Top
Q: Are there any side effects with using HCG?
A: There are no side effects associated with HCG. Very few experience slight headaches or dizziness for the first few days but this is extremely rare and mild. HCG has been used for weight loss for 50+ years, so there is plenty of research to back up its safety. Back to Top
Q: How many IU’s are in sublingual HCG?
A: 30 drops per day = 125 IU per day 36 drops per day = 150 IU per day (this works best for most people) 42 drops per day = 175 IU per day 48 drops per day = 200 IU per day Back to Top
Q: Will the HCG interfere with medications my doctor has prescribed to me?
A: It is a good idea to consult with your doctor before beginning any weight loss program. Back to Top
Q: Why does this not have to be refrigerated?
A: This HCG does not have to be refrigerated because it is made in the homeopathic method and mixed with 16% usp alcohol as part of its liquid medium. The alcohol acts as a preservative and keeps the HCG active and effective. If you are not going to use an open bottle of HCG for a few days or several weeks, you should place the bottle in the refrigerator to hold its potency over longer periods. Back to Top
Q: Can I continue the program for longer for 45 days?
A: People requiring the loss of more than 34 lbs. must have a second or even more courses. A second course can be started after an interval of not less than six weeks, though the pause can be more than six weeks. Intervals are important so your body does not become immune to the HCG. When a third, fourth or even fifth course is necessary, the interval between courses should be made progressively longer. • Between the first and second course, six weeks should elapse • Between a second and third course, eight weeks should elapse • Between a third and fourth course, twelve weeks should elapse • Between a fourth and fifth course, twenty weeks should elapse • Between a fifth and sixth course, six months should elapse In this way, it is possible to bring about a weight reduction of 100 lbs. and more if required without the least hardship to the patient. Q: Will I keep the weight off?
A: After the HCG diet, you will find your appetite has changed, your eating behavior will be changed and your body will of course, have changed. This is the perfect opportunity to adopt that healthy lifestyle to maintain your weight. You will find a minimum amount of exercise will be sufficient for maintaining a very healthy body- from yoga, to 15 minutes a day cardio a day, or whatever you enjoy, that you’re your heart moving. With your hypothalamus reset, your metabolism will be different and you will be able to eat moderately without feeling the need to overeat. Amongst the people who have tried this program, 75 to 90% have had hardly any or no difficulty keeping their new, ideal weight. Back to Top
Q: How much weight can I expect to lose?
A: Weight loss varies between .5 pound and 3 pounds per day, with the average loss being 1-2 pounds per day. Back to Top
Q: Why the 500 calorie diet?
A:HCG causes your hyphothalamus to mobilize the fat out of the fat storage locations so that it’s available for use. While you are only consuming 500 calories, your hypothalamus is continually releasing the fat stored in your body. Because of this, your body is actually operating on thousands of calories a day. The result is your body using thousands of calories from fat from your body each day, the reason HCG dieters lose 1-2 pounds of fat or more, per day. Back to Top
Q: Will I be hungry on 500 calories a day?
A: It is common for mild hunger during the first few days, however this will pass and by the 2nd week. You will find even very tiny servings, to be completely satisfying . This is partly due to your hypothalamus adjusting your metabolic rate, but largely due to the amount of calories circulating in your system from the fat being released. It is common that HCG dieters feel as though they are stuffing themselves in order to reach that 500 calorie limit. Back to Top
Q: What is the hypothalamus gland?
A:The hypothalamus gland moderates the thyroid, adrenals, fat storage, and more importantly, your metabolic rate. Back to Top
Q: How is the homeopathic HCG administered?
A: HCG is most effective when placed under your tongue. It comes in liquid form and the dropper is supplied with your HCG bottle, so there is no guess work in measuring. Studies have shown that using 5 drops 6 times per day is the most effective dosing. Back to Top
Q: Will I lose more weight if I use the injections instead of the homeopathic HCG?
A:Patients report the same results from both forms of HCG. The difference is that the injectable generally costs $600 plus for a 5 week program and our product is MUCH less! Back to Top
Q: Are there specific foods I should or should not eat while on the diet?
A: Yes, you will be given a protocol guide with your purchase. In this guide you will be given the list of foods you can eat while on the diet. The greatest success of the program requires you to follow the prescribed dietary choices. Dr. Simeons has researched the foods that enable you to have the greatest success. It is important not to include other foods that are not on the list, this will only lead to disappointment on weight loss. Back to Top
Q: Are there any instances that you should not take this? If you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, diabetic, hypothyroidism or anything else?
A: Yes, there are certain medical or clinical conditions which would constitute this the wrong System. Although, you must understand, that there may be some conditions that could be circumstantial. Diabetics can do the Fat Release System but will need to monitor blood sugar levels carefully. Diabetic medications may need to be readjusted. Hypoglycemic individuals should re-consider this system, unless they have a diagnosis to explain their hypoglycemia (such as hyperthyroidism), are under a ketogenic or sustainable diet program provided by a dietitian or physician. Hypothyroidic individuals can take the Fat Release System, but results are more prevalent when prescription medication is taken. Individuals containing malignant growth, unexplained nodules, or cancer survivors should not consume the Fat Release System unless cleared by a Physician. Women, under fertility treatment cannot take the Fat Release System. Women who are pregnant should not take the Fat Release System. Lastly, women under hormone replacement therapy with Hcg cannot consume this system. These are the main conditions that would disqualify an individual from consuming the Fat Release System. Back to Top
Q: Will taking the Hcg drops effect the outcome of a home pregnancy test?
A: The Hcg drops should not cause a reactive pregnancy test for two reasons: There is not enough Hcg in the drops to increase blood levels enough to cause a positive test and the body is using most of the Hcg for lipolytic (fat loss) effects. There is always the possibility that a positive test could be achieved, but it is highly unlikely as pregnancy causes a surge of Hcg production and release. Remember, there is Hcg present in the blood already, and it increases every time you menstruate. Back to Top
Q: Normally when one reduces the number of calories consumed your metabolism slows down and begins to store all intakes as fat because it believes that the body is starving. Does the HCG counteract this function of the metabolism?
A: HCG sends a hormonal like signal to the fat cells and stimulates two actions: the release of leptin, which travels to the brain and decreases nueronpeptide Y activity in the brain, which ultimately decreases hunger, and since hunger is decreased, the body still does not have adequate amounts of energy substrates (blood sugar or fats) present in the blood due to the diet. Therefore, the body must provide cellular energy in order to survive, so it stimulates stored fat breakdown or lipolysis through a number of biochemical functions. The stored fat releases fatty acids into the blood. Fatty acids are used by your body's cells for energy and your basic physiological functions are maintained while you loose body fat. Your stored body fat serves as energy to your body when overall caloric intake is reduced, blood glucose levels are low, or thermogensis is induced. Back to Top
Q: Is it safe for children to use the Fat Release System?
A: It is recommended to get a Physician’s approval before putting any one under 18 on the Fat Release System. The 500 calorie diet associated with the Fat Release System would not be enough for a child to continue to grow while losing weight. Back to Top
Q: I have heard that you can’t take Hcg if you have had breast cancer? Is this true?
A: Breast cancer is caused by a number of reasons. One of them (most likely the most common reason) is hyper-endocrine stimulation. Breast tissue grows in response to estrogen. When estrogen over stimulates breast tissue it causes the cells to over-replicate thus causing cancer. HCG is part of the hormone system. HCG acts as a hormone which stimulates the production of other hormones that will ultimately become estrogens. HCG mimics the effects of luetinizing hormone (LH) in the blood. LH is used for two main functions in women 1. Stimulate ovulation 2. Stimulate testosterone production. When you ingest HCG it will act like LH in the blood and cause a slight increase in testosterone. Testosterone ultimately converts into estradiol (an estrogen), thus slightly increasing blood estrogen levels. This can be dangerous for women who have already experienced breast cancer. Theoretically, this problem could be reduced if you were medicated with a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator) or an anti-aromatase. Some research suggests that HCG will only mimic LH if caloric intake is adequate. When calorie intake is reduced, the theory is that HCG will no longer work as a stimulatory hormone but will focus on fat tissue and supplying energy for the body. Consult with your physician or oncologist before embarking on this protocol. Back to Top
Q: I have diabetes. Is it safe for me to take the Fat Release System?
A: We have had diabetics take the Fat Release System and be very successful with it. The only issue is that blood sugar levels will drop and medication might need to be adjusted. We recommend consulting your Physician before trying the Fat Release System. Back to Top
Q: I have Endometriosis. Can I take use the Fat Release System?
A: The fat release system uses a homeopathic form of a hormone substance called Hcg (Human chorionic gonadtropin). Although the Hcg will be mainly concentrated on stimulating the body to utilize fat for energy there is still a possibility of it performing its other biological functions. Hcg is not just a pregnant or fat loss hormone. It also mimics the effects of stimulating hormones in the blood, particularly LH (luetinizing hormone). LH is responsible for two functions in women 1. Stimulate ovulation 2. Stimulate production of testosterone. The second function is the worry. Endometriosis is a hormone related problem. Endometrial cells grow when they are stimulated by estrogen. When there is an increase in plasma testosterone there is an increase in estrogen. Testosterone converts into estrogen in the body, more so in women. So, if we induce a very small increase in testosterone (through ingestion of Hcg which can mimic LH in the blood) then there will be a small increase of estrogen which will aggravate your endometriosis. There are medications that can limit the problem such as Nolvadex or Arimidex. Those would make the Fat Release System safer and more tolerable for you to take. Nonetheless, the best answer can be given by your Physician. Back to Top
Q: Can you take the Nitraplex Pure Energy while on the Fat Release System diet?
A: Yes, you can take Pure Energy while on the diet. It will not have any negative effect on your weight loss, and will give you extra energy throughout the day. Back to Top
Q: Why is honey (a natural product) not allowed on the diet?
A: Honey contains a decent amount of natural sugars. Although, it is natural and good for you, the sugar in the delicious honey can be a problem with this protocol. Back to Top
Q: What protein do you recommend on a vegan/veggie diet?
A: The best forms of protein for vegans are tofu, supplemental protein, lentils and tempeh.
