We will follow each contestant closely every week compiling a story around you and your lifestyle. This means possible filming you at work, at home and out for dinner. 3) You will be in contact with our Certified Nutrition Specialist. We do want your local doctor to know you are participating in this program and we would like to interview him or her around 30 days into the program to get their opinion of your progress.
What we need from you to register:
10 contestants will be chosen…
1) One to three pictures of you (high resolution if possible)
2) A short story of your efforts to lose weight in the past, things you have tried and how much weight you would like to lose.
3) Why should you be one of the top 10 contestants?
