Jan: Kathy, tell me what’s happening with the Fat Release System, the HCG, and you?
Kathy: So far, it’s going very well. It’s amazing how I don’t feel hungry. I mean, I can already tell a difference in my clothing, it’s looser and stuff is shifting even if the weight isn’t coming off as fast as it was before, I would say I’m still averaging a pound a day.
Jan: How many days now are you in it? Is it 15 days? I think it’s somewhere –
Kathy: Yes, it’s 15, 16, something like that.
Jan: How many pounds down do you feel you are?
Kathy: Probably about 17.
Jan: Okay. That would make sense, so you’re averaging about a pound a day.
Kathy: It’s been really, really good and it’s really helped me because you don’t have to deal with that hungry feeling all the time.
Jan: Right.
Kathy: I think a lot of it is psychological, if you will, not really being hungry but being stressed or being, you know, ticked off. It’s an emotional eating thing. I’ve been able to recognize that more in myself when you don’t have to add the hungry feeling.
Jan: Right, right.
Kathy: So it really has helped in that area because you find yourself gravitating toward the kitchen going, “what the heck are you doing?” “You’re not hungry.” “What’s the matter with you?” Think about it.
Jan: You’re (1:40) to eat, right?
Kathy: Oh yeah.
Jan: That feels good, so your shape is changing and 17 pounds. Are you going to go for 23 days or are you going the full 40?
Kathy: No, I want to go the full 40.
Jan: Okay, good.
Kathy: Yeah, yeah, I want to do that.
Jan: Yeah. So let’s just kind of walk through the process. At the beginning of the stages, did you do the two days of loading?
Kathy: Yes.
Jan: Okay. So I talked to a gal earlier today and she felt that when she started taking the drops the day of the loading, she did two days, she found it hard to really eat a lot. How did that work for you?
Kathy: I wasn’t hungry. I was just eating because that’s what the paperwork said.
Jan: Right.
Kathy: It said eat, so I said, okay, eat. I think my biggest problem with diet is getting to a point where you start to crave those things that you, you know, you’re not eating.
Jan: Right, right.
Kathy: As your body gets rid of that stuff. And it’s been amazing to me how I have not have that.
Jan: The craving?
Kathy: Yeah. And how, having an orange in the middle of the afternoon is enough to carry you till well past dinner time.
Jan: Isn’t it something?
Kathy: Yeah, it’s really amazing.
Jan: Have you tried other forms of weight loss or fat reduction in the past?
Kathy: Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. You name it, I’ve probably tried it at some point in time. It’s one of those things where ever since I was a little girl, weight has been an issue, not nearly as much as it is these days, but you know, I’ve always had to be very careful about what I do.
Jan: Right.
Kathy: So, this is something I think that gives you the building blocks to really make a difference.
Jan: Good. So your energy seems good. So you feel positive and focused and there’s no real negative side effects?
Kathy: No, no. I mean, so far, my energy has been up. I have been able to, when I go to sleep, I actually go to sleep and feel rested when I wake up. It’s been really, really good that way. And I haven’t felt when looking at the calorie intake, like, “oh, why aren’t you feeling faint when you’re doing all this stuff?” No, it’s not that at all.
Jan: Because you work full time, right?
Kathy: I work full time. I teach dog classes part time, you know, I’m just on the go a lot, so…
Jan: You have a busy life, but this is fitting into that style of life without the difficulties around dieting or fasting, I guess, if you will, because it’s really a fasting diet, using the homeopathy to trigger the fat loss and fat burning, I should say, to feed you, it’s very different system, isn’t it?
Kathy: It very much is.
Jan: Well, good. I’m just glad that you were able to, you know, find a system and have so far pretty significant results, 17 pounds in 15 days is pretty darn good.
Kathy: Yes, very darn good. I’m ecstatic with it and just can’t wait to see what it is on the 40th day.
Jan: Right. Well, we’ll be sure to touch base then and find out where you’re at, but I just thought it would be good to catch up with you and get a sense of how it’s working for you so that if others hear this conversation we’re having, they’ll go, wow, that’s not so bad, right? I can do that.
Kathy: Definitely. Definitely.
Jan: And it – go ahead.
Kathy: One thing I was going to mention too, I was actually taking or going to my doctor after that first ten days, whatever it was, week, and I had dropped, I guess about ten pounds or so. Anyway, she was very impressed. I did not tell her that I was doing the HCG, but I wanted to see how my blood work was because she was doing the three-month check up. My blood pressure was great.
Jan: Right.
Kathy: She was checking cholesterol and sugar and fat and everything was good. She wants to monitor my cholesterol a little bit more so it’s going to be important that, you know, I get back into my exercise routine and things, but I go back in January and will be able to see how much improvement there has been since then. So I kind of have like a baseline now.
Jan: Good.
Kathy: And we’ll be able to see what the overall changes are in that first initial period.
Jan: Good. Wow.
Kathy: Yes.
Jan: It’s very positive and we’re hearing other stories like that where doctors are kind of like, wow, what are you doing? And you know, seeing blood sugars coming down and diabetes kind of take a turn for the better. This is pretty cool stuff.
Kathy: Yes.
Jan: It is a big difference. Well, great. There you go. So I guess that does it for now. I appreciate you taking some time and drive safe on your drive and maybe we can touch base when you’re closing out your 40 days and see where you’re at. Sound good?

I Lost 20 Pounds In Twenty Days Using The Fat Release System

Jan: I’ve got Barry Shapiro on the phone here. Barry, how are you doing?
Barry: I’m doing great, Jan, just great.
Jan: Good. I know you’ve been using the fat release system. How many days into the HCG Fat Release System protocol are you?
Barry: Let’s see, I think it’s about 20 days.
Jan: Okay. Tell me, how is it working for you? How are you doing with the weight loss or fat loss?
Barry: It’s been tremendous. I’ve done other diets in the past. I’m not that overweight, but I’ve done the diets sometimes just for health issues since I have high blood pressure. There have been times where I just to try something to get rid of a beer gut that I seem to have, and I don’t drink that much beer. This diet is probably one of the easiest I’ve ever done and the most effective. I have lost about a pound a day.
Jan: Wow.
Barry: And I started at 185 pounds with a 41 inch waist.
Jan: Okay.
Barry: Here I am just before the end of the first phase, and I’m weighing in at 168 with a 38 inch waist.
Jan: Wow. That’s a pretty good success, I would say.
Barry: I’m very happy. I couldn’t be more happy. The best part about it, I have at no time during the diet felt deprived of eating. I haven’t been hungry. I followed the program as much to the letter as possible and my biggest fear was that I wouldn’t be able to do it, that I would be really hungry all the time and I’d be missing foods, but that has not been the case.
Jan: Right and it seems to be pretty consistent with other people we’ve talked to using the system, that they’re kind of amazed when they get on the low caloric diet, that they actually can function, but I guess the miracle component of this is the taking the homeopathic drops that just tells your body to start burning your, all that fat and you basically eat yourself, as Dr. Keith would put it.
Barry: Yes, well I’m eating myself.
Jan: Eating yourself away, in a good way, right, but it is kind of a unique situation and it’s something that’s certainly, a lot of science involved in it, just makes good sense because we know scientifically what’s happening with the body. So the results have been consistent and congruent and we’re pretty excited about that. Barry, let’s just talk a little bit about what you went through to do this. So you got the fat release system, you went through the material and let’s talk about the first two days of loading and then just kind of walk whoever is listening to this, have an idea what you did and how you accomplished your goal?
Barry: Well, really what I did was very simple: I read the materials that you had provided me. I wanted to make sure going in that I didn’t mess around, and I didn’t make any mistakes. I did exactly what the eating guidelines laid out, and I wanted to feel comfortable doing it and once I felt that, it was fine. You know, the loading days were actually probably the most difficult days because I don’t really eat – I don’t have a poor diet. I’m not a person who eats a lot of junk food. I eat a normal diet. I will occasionally eat a hamburger. I will occasionally have some fries, you know, I do drink a few beers a week, but not a lot. I usually have a glass of wine with dinner. I’m a pretty normal, fairly healthy eater to begin with. So the loading days were hard because I was eating way more stuff than I would normally eat in the course of a day and, you know, I was just eating anything and everything, cookies, pasta for dinner.
Jan: Right.
Barry: Dessert, you know, I was just, if it was in the fridge, I was eating it and I was almost eating to the point of discomfort.
Jan: Right, okay.
Barry: And then the next day, I started the diet and, you know, again, I thought well, gee, I hope this isn’t going to make me crazy.
Jan: Make me crazy, right.
Barry: I got too many things to do during the course of the day to be, you know, completely focused on food and when is my next meal, when is my next meal.
Jan: Right, right.
Barry: But, you know, I found it to be not a factor. I was not hungry. I woke up in the morning. I made my coffee and I only drink de-caf coffee because, as I said, I have high blood pressure.
Jan: Right.
Barry: So I only drink decaf coffee anyhow. I made my coffee in the morning and I felt that I was needing something to eat around 11:30, so I just had my lunch. Normally, I’d have my lunch around 1:00, but I ate a little earlier. The one thing I found with the diet is that when I first started, I had all my foods for lunch and then all my foods for dinner and nothing in between. What I learned after a few days was that didn’t really work for me. So I would have my coffee in the morning and then a little later, a few hours later, a couple hours later, I would have a piece of fruit, a grapefruit, an apple, a pear, I’d have a piece of fruit and that would make sure that, you know, I got through my morning till whenever it was the time for me to eat lunch.
Jan: Right.
Barry: Lunch is simple, a piece of chicken, a piece of fish, some vegetables and when you say that you’re going to have 3.5 ounces of chicken, it seems like you’re having nothing, but it’s very satisfying. And then the same thing would happen towards dinner, you know, around 4:00 in the afternoon, I would feel myself starting to lag, so I would grab a piece of fruit and that was great. It was perfect. It was the perfect pick me up. It was light but it satisfied my body and it took me right through to dinner.
Jan: Right.
Barry: And dinner, you know, usually a lot of steamed vegetables and fish, which is not that far off from what I would normally eat anyhow.
Jan: Right.
Barry: So just a smaller portion than I might usually eat but every bit as filling as anything.
Jan: Good.
Barry: I would wake up in the morning and weigh myself and go, “Holy Cow.” I couldn’t believe it.
Jan: It’s the funniest thing, isn’t it? You know, I went through the diet, Barry, and you know I’m not a very big guy, but in less than two weeks, I lost ten pounds and I was basically done and I’ve been three weeks after that diet and I haven’t changed. I mean, the pounds are gone and it fell right off my mid-section, lost a belt size and half and wow, I was like blown away for a little guy, right, so it’s working for, even if you want to lose those five or ten stubborn pounds, bam, they’re gone.
Barry: Well, you know, Jan, it’s really interesting, I hit this 169.4 and then next day, I was at the same exact rate to the ounce. I thought, wow, that’s really interesting. The next day, Monday, I – and of course, I’m keeping a log, I have this written down. The next day, I came in at the exact same weight, to the ounce again and I was really surprised. First of all, I was surprised that there was no fluctuation at all and then I was wondering, well, what happened, because I had lost, you know, a pound every day and I thought, well, maybe I hit some wall. And, you know, my body was making some sort of an adjustment and wasn’t going to lose anymore weight. But then the next morning, I got on the scale, and I lost you know, a little over a pound. So I think what happens, at least in my experience, is you keep doing this, you shed the pounds naturally, and then as you’re doing this, your body starts, because I was probably in the third week of the program, your body starts to make adjustments.
Jan: Like shifts, like re formats, almost.
Barry: Yes.
Jan: Shape wise.
Barry: Shape wise and just how it’s processing your nourishment.
Jan: Right. So you like it? It’s been good for you?
Barry: Yeah, I was very impressed on the simplicity of it, on how, you know, easy it was for me to do this without feeling any sense of deprivation and the results, the results are incontrovertible. You can’t argue with it. You look at the scale, you look at your shape and it’s amazing.
Jan: Yeah, and you do the protocol, if you will, it tends to just have a overwhelming effect on everybody.
Barry: Well, I got to tell you, I have been getting compliments from people that don’t know I’m on the diet and say, gee, you know, you look really good. What did you do? Did you lose some weight? Yeah, I did, I lost a lot of weight. So it’s a great thing.
Jan: Good. Well, Barry, I appreciate you sharing your story and I’m sure people that are going to listen to this, will relate to it and I just wanted to get a few stories together so that we could have people hear it from different perspectives and yours was a good one and I appreciate you sharing your story.

How I Lost 33 Pounds In 37 Days With The Fat Release System

Jan: Hi, everybody. This is Jan Hrkach for True Healthy Products. I have Heather on the phone. Heather, are you there?
Heather: Yes, I’m here.
Jan: How are you doing, Heather?
Heather: I’m doing well.
Jan: Good. Heather’s been on the fat release system for 37 days. Feeling pretty good today, Heather?
Heather: Feeling great.
Jan: Great. Before we get into your experience, how many pounds have you lost so far?
Heather: I have lost 33 pounds.
Jan: Wow. This seems fairly easy, right?
Heather: Very easy.
Jan: Good, okay. Kind of seems to be the theme of this program, it’s fairly easy once you get into it and understand it. So part of the reason we’re having this conversation is to just discuss your success with it, you know, really what it was like to get started and the loading days and the different phases. If we could just have a casual conversation, I think what we’ll share on the phone here will certainly help someone getting started in this program so they can hear your experience. Do you want to just start from the beginning? Tell me a little bit about what the steps are to be successful with the program.
Heather: The beginning’s a good place to start.
Jan: Okay, let’s go from there.
Heather: Okay. The two loading days I thought were going to be a breeze because it’s kind of your last days to eat pretty much whatever you want, kind of your last hurrah to say goodbye to all your favorite foods that you know aren’t healthy for you. I started taking the fat release drops the very first day, first thing in the morning and I decided I was going to, pretty much kind of snack throughout the day instead of actually sitting down and eating actual meals. I found out by the second dosage of the drops on the very first day, I couldn’t eat anymore.
Jan: You were having trouble filling up?
Heather: I was having trouble consuming more food. And it was hard even though I wasn’t sitting down and actually eating meals.
Jan: Right.
Heather: I was periodically snacking or almost grazing like most people would do at a little get together.
Jan: Right.
Heather: And by the afternoon, it was very hard to actually, to look at food and be able to eat it.
Jan: Really, so that responded pretty quick for you?
Heather: Yes.
Jan: The appetite suppressant, if you will.
Heather: Yes, I responded very quickly, because I had the same issue the second day.
Jan: Oh, okay.
Heather: So you have your two days of loading and I had the same problem on the second day and thought, well, maybe it’s something I did wrong, maybe I ate too much in the morning so I kind of backed off the next morning. I still had the same problem.
Jan: Just to be clear for the listener, the loading period is when you start the program on a morning, let’s say, and then for two days, you really, they encourage you to eat as much as you want more or less.
Heather: Yes.
Jan: Anything, just eat, eat, eat, eat, right?
Heather: Yes.
Jan: Okay. So, when you started taking the drops, you found that you just weren’t really as hungry as you may have thought you would have been?
Heather: Exactly.
Jan: Okay. All right. So then what happened?
Heather: Then, on the third day, when you start your 500 calorie diet, I found that I was extremely hungry and was counting, literally counting the minutes down to my next dosage of drops.
Jan: Right.
Heather: And then it was looking at the clock every second until I could eat or drink something.
Jan: Right. This is day three?
Heather: This is day three. So I went through, you know, all of my things that I could. I even had a bread stick in the middle of the afternoon instead of having it with my dinner because I just thought, oh my gosh, I think, I just wanted – everything I looked at I just wanted to eat. It’s like a piece of paper would come across my desk and I’m going, wow, that’s a good source fiber, maybe I should eat it. But I didn’t.
Jan: Right.
Heather: I stuck with it. I persevered. And then the next day was so much easier.
Jan: So day four then started to taper off, the hunger?
Heather: Day four definitely tapered off. I didn’t use my bread stick as a mid-afternoon snack. As a diabetic, you really need to eat throughout the day, however, I was able to go from meal to meal without feeling hungry.
Jan: Right.
Heather: So I have to start my morning with something. I can’t get up and wait until lunch to eat something.
Jan: Sure.
Heather: So I started a simple routine where I would get up, do my drops, and then usually about 45 minutes later would actually eat an apple and a piece of Melba toast, so one of my fruits and one of my toast or bread sticks was for breakfast.
Jan: Okay.
Heather: And then I was fine until I did my drops about six hours later.
Jan: Okay.
Heather: I would usually wait for 30 minutes to an hour then I would eat my lunch after my second dose of drops.
Jan: Okay.
Heather: Usually my lunch would be one of the proteins and a vegetable.
Jan: Okay, the drops. So you were doing ten morning?
Heather: Yes, ten in the morning, ten around noontime and then ten again about six hours later, doing 30 drops total, so ten drops three times a day.
Jan: Okay. And you were trying to be really conservative because you didn’t want to run out of product, right?
Heather: Exactly.
Jan: Okay. I think some people just figure if they try 30 drops in the morning and 40 in the afternoon, that will be adequate, but we understand that the homeopathy is really a signaling device so ten is sufficient to get the job done.
Heather: Yes.
Jan: You could drink the whole bottle and it probably wouldn’t make a big difference and it wouldn’t hurt you, your body just wouldn’t be able to recognize all of it, so…
Heather: Right.
Jan: I’m glad to get the dosage in. So then by day five, how were you feeling at that point?
Heather: By day five, I was feeling incredibly good. I was still a little tired. I think my body was still adjusting to my new level of eating and just kind of burning all the excess calories and fat stores that the body has, that the fat release system is able to help get rid of.
Jan: Right, okay.
Heather: Day five was a little groggy but since I don’t drink caffeine at all, it was not something I wanted to start.
Jan: Okay.
Heather: By days six and seven, I was just moving right along. I woke up, I was feeling fine. I had mental clarity all day long. I felt like I was back to my normal self and the routine just settled right in.
Jan: Okay. So that’s not too bad and then your hunger, by day five, your hunger was pretty moderate –
Heather: It was very well-controlled, right..
Jan: So the low calorie intake mixed with the drops, you certainly were, as Dr. Keith said in an earlier audio, kind of eating yourself?
Heather: Yes.
Jan: So it did what it was supposed to do for you?
Heather: Yes, it did.
Jan: So let’s say a week into it, you were, you were losing an average of a pound a day depending on, it just depended, right? An average, let’s say?
Heather: Actually, the first week, I was losing closer to two pounds a day.
Jan: Okay, so moving quicker in the earlier stages.
Heather: Yes, in the earlier stages, for about the first two and a half to three weeks, I was averaging about two pounds a day.
Jan: Okay. Now, I understand you are a diabetic, so speak a little bit about some of the good things that were happening around the diabetes?
Heather: The really good things that I have enjoyed immensely is the fact that I saw a consistent, and I mean literally consistent, it was like watching a roller coaster going downhill drop in my blood sugar readings. I basically am reading now at what – still on medication, though but reading now what a normal person who is not a diabetic, would read on a daily basis.
Jan: Significant drop?
Heather: We’re talking over a hundred point drop.
Jan: Wow. Last time I saw you, you looked extremely vibrant, healthy, skin was looking different, your whole energy seemed better. You feel generally better now that you’ve dropped 33 pounds?
Heather: I do. I feel a lot better and I think, part of it is the fact is the losing weight. The other part of it is the fact that my blood sugar is now under control.
Jan: Right.
Heather: And even though I am still on all my medications and nothing has been changed in this time frame, but I’m also keeping an eye on my blood sugars because if they do go any lower than where they’re currently reading, that’s when it gets a little to the point where I need to let my doctors know that, hey, this is what’s going on and that we may need to adjust medication. But right now, I’m testing in such a normal range that they don’t want to mess with anything at this point.
Jan: Okay. Good. So you’ve visited your doctor since you’ve been on this diet?
Heather: I haven’t, but I do keep in contact with my primary care physician. He was actually really excited about this program when I told him about it.
Jan: Good.
Heather: And he is just absolutely amazed at how much this has affected my blood sugar. Because we have been kind of fighting back and forth for the last almost five years to be able to get my blood sugar under control. And at one point in time, it was, and then, you know, you kind of, you’re away from your specialized diet and that’s when your blood sugars get all out of control and you can’t find a baseline. They really don’t figure out exactly what’s causing it to go so high because sometimes you’re afraid to tell them what you’re eating and what you’re consuming.
Jan: Right. All good stuff.
Heather: Yes.
Jan: Fantastic. So you’re at day 37, 33 pounds down, diabetes is coming into check. You’re feeling positive. You got a couple more days to go and then you’re going to go on to a what we call phase three and start eating a higher caloric intake and being careful about just how many carbohydrates and sugar you consume, is that correct?
Heather: Yes, that is correct.
Jan: So then you’re, you get somewhat back to normal and then it’s been our experience listening to other people that they are able to keep the pounds off. I’ve been through a two week period of this and lost ten pounds and I’ve been off it almost two weeks now and I’m still ten pounds, still hasn’t changed. I know others have lost up to the amount you’re at and been able to actually in the segment three, lose a little bit before they go on to the cycle again, so you will cycle again, Thanksgiving, is that what you said?
Jan: How appropriate, right.
Heather: Yes.
Jan: So if you repeat this cycle, literally, you could lose probably maybe close to 70 pounds before, right, near the end of the year?
Heather: Yes.
Jan: And that would be pretty tremendous, wouldn’t it?
Heather: That would be phenomenal.
Jan: Well, Heather, I thank you for sharing your story and I look forward to chatting again when you go into your next cycle. So would you say this is probably the most effective weight control system you’ve ever seen?
Heather: This is definitely the most effective weight control system I’ve ever seen and you actually, you get to eat real food and discover by the use of being able to use seasonings and spices that normally you probably wouldn’t think of you can change the flavoring of something that you’ve eaten before, just by using a new spice or trying a new spice or cooking something a different way. So you’re getting real food. You aren’t eating fake food and you’re getting your entire body healthy because you’re cutting out everything that your body really doesn’t need.
Jan: Exactly. So it’s really going to change your long-term eating habits. That’s what I’ve heard from other people.
Heather: Yes, it definitely will. It’s even changed my husband’s eating habits.
Jan: Isn’t that neat? What a great effect.
Heather: Yes.
Jan: Because we certainly should be a little bit more cautious about what we put in our body.
Heather: Yes.
